Our Story

Willuhn Consulting was founded in 2018 with a clear mission: to bring enterprise-level CMC expertise to organizations of all sizes, particularly innovative biotechs that need experienced guidance but not full-time executives.

Operating from our head office in Stockholm, Sweden, we bridge the gap between Nordic biotech innovation and established European pharmaceutical excellence. Our presence enables us to serve clients across Europe while maintaining the agility and responsiveness of a boutique consultancy.

With a proven track record in biotech and pharmaceutical companies, I’ve led projects from early-stage development through to market approval. Recognized as a trusted advisor and effective communicator, at ease in international environments, fostering collaboration and driving success across diverse teams. Committed to supporting biotech startups, Marc brings both operational management and technical expertise. Marc is deeply dedicated to mentoring academic researchers and pre-seed startups, helping them overcome early growth challenges with passion and determination.
